Terms The following terms of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from Nordic Accessories Trading ApS  – “Pure by Nat”. In what follows referred to as Pure by Nat. The terms apply in the case where no other written agreements have been entered between you as buyer and Pure by Nat. Delivery time and transport Delivery of goods from Pure by Nat is considered to have taken place when the consignee has received the goods. The goods are dispatched by carriers referred to below in payment and shipping methods. In general, all items in the shop are in stock. However, in some cases there may be a shorter delivery time (typically 1-3 weeks). This will be mentioned under each product. Payment and shipping methods All prices are free of VAT. Denmark

• Payment terms 30 days net, unless other arrangements have been made.
• Freight-free delivery of order above 1,000 DKK ex. Vat. Otherwise, 50 DKK in postage fee will be charged.
• All orders are shipped with GLS, unless otherwise arranged.

Sweden

• Payment terms 30 days net, unless other arrangements have been made.
• The order is calculated into SEK and invoiced in SEK.
• Freight-free delivery of order above amount equal to 1,000 DKK ex. Vat. Otherwise, SEK 100 will be charged in postage fees.
• All orders are shipped with GLS. Delivered by Schenker.

Norway

• Pure by Nat is registered as a NUF in Norway, why all orders are sent including Norwegian customs tax and VAT.
• Payment terms 30 days net, unless other arrangements have been made.
• The order is calculated into NOK and invoiced in NOK.
• Freight-free delivery of order above amount equal to 1,000 DKK ex. Vat. Otherwise, 100 NOK will be charged in postage fees.
• All orders are shipped with GLS. Delivered by Posten Norge.

Great Britain

• Pure by Nat is VAT registered in UK. All orders are sent including tax and VAT (20%)
• Payment terms 30 days net, unless other arrangements have been made.
• The order is calculated into GBP and invoiced in GBP.
• Freight-free delivery of order above amount equal to 1,000 DKK ex. Vat. Otherwise, £20 in postage fees will be charged.
• All orders are sent by GLS / ParcelForce.

Germany

• Payment terms 30 days net, unless other arrangements have been made.
• The order is calculated into EUR and invoiced in EUR.
• Freight-free delivery of order above amount equal to 1,000 DKK ex. Vat. Otherwise, EUR 20 in postage fees will be charged.
• All orders are shipped by GLS.

Other EU countries

• Prepayment based on pro forma invoice. Bank transfer or credit card in Customer Service Center.
• The order is calculated into EUR and invoiced in EUR.
• All orders are shipped with the cheapest carrier (GLS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or TNT).
• Postage is invoiced by actual weight/volume.

Faroe Islands / Greenland / Iceland

• Prepayment based on pro forma invoice. Bank transfer, FI payment or by credit card in The Customer Service Center.
• The Faroe Islands and Greenland are invoiced in DKK. Iceland in EUR, unless other arrangements have been made.
• All orders are sent by Postnord. Write in the note in the order whether the order is to be sent Economy (Sea) or Priority (Air).
• Postage is billed from actual weight at Postnord’s  rates.

  The risk of the goods The risk of goods purchased from Pure by Nat passes to you as a customer at the time of delivery. Complaint Any discrepancies or defects in delivery from Pure by Nat must be claimed within 8 days of receipt of the goods. It’s your duty to indicate and show – on request – the error or defect. If you notice an error, please contact Pure by Nat quickly. Special precautions re. the coating of jewelry must be observed and communicated to customers when selling the jewelry:

• The majority of the jewelry is made of brass, which is either gilded, silvered or oxidized. It is clearly stated if the jewelry is made in 925 Sterling silver.
• In addition, all jewelry is coated (E-coated) for additional protection of the coating.
• The jewelry complies with EU regulations re. the content of e.g. nickel, lead and cadmium.
• The majority of the jewelry in the Webshop is bijouterie (Not solid gold or silver). In the case of pure gold or silver, this is specified in the product description.
• It is not recommended that people with a recognised nickel allergy or the like use bijouterie.
• The surface can and will be worn off by much and or improper use.
• Always remove jewellery before washing, showering, washing dishes, sports, etc.
• Therefore, there is no warranty on the coating.
