The following terms of sale and delivery applies to all deliveries from www.purebynat.dk (Nordic Accessories Trading ApS). Referred to as Pure by Nat below. The terms apply in the case where no other written agreements have been concluded between you as buyer and Pure by Nat
Freight/postage and transport:
Denmark.
- Free delivery to the nearest GLS Pakkeshop or business address for orders above 300 DKK.
- For orders under 40 DKK postage will be charged.
Sweden.
- Free delivery to your nearest Schenker Agent for orders over 500 DKK.
- For orders under 500 DKK, 100 DKK postage will be charged.
Norway.
- Free delivery to private address by Norway Post for orders over 500 DKK.
- For orders under 500 DKK, 100 DKK postage will be charged.
- Orders to Norway include Norwegian customs duties, as orders to Norway are sent through a Norwegian registered company.
Germany.
- Free delivery to the nearest GLS parcel shop for orders over 500 DKK.
- For orders under 500 DKK, 100 DKK postage will be charged.
Other EU countries.
- Free delivery to private address with express courier company (TNT, UPS, DHL or FedEx) for orders over 500 DKK.
- For orders under 500 DKK, 100 DKK postage will be charged.
United Kingdom.
- Free delivery to private address with express courier company (TNT, UPS, DHL or FedEx) for orders over 500 DKK.
- For orders under 500 DKK, 100 DKK postage will be charged.
- No local duty/VAT is charged in the UK on shipments of less than £135 in value ex. VAT and postage.
Switzerland.
- Free delivery to private address with express courier company (TNT, UPS, DHL or FedEx) for orders over 500 DKK.
- For orders under 500 DKK, 100 DKK postage will be charged.
- Please note that local charges may apply for customs clearance.
North Atlantic (Faroe Islands, Greenland and Iceland).
- Postage 250 DKK will be added to all orders.
- Orders are sent by Postnord, Priority (air).
- Please note that local charges may apply for customs clearance.
Documentation and guidance:
If product descriptions and user manuals are available for the product, they will be included in the delivery from Pure by Nat. Should you require further information or advice from Pure by Nat, this is of an indicative nature.
Pure by Nat guarantees that the goods meet the requirements for CE marking.
Delivery time:
Delivery of goods from Pure by Nat is deemed to have taken place when the consumer has received the goods.
In the event that packages are not picked up at the parcel shop and the package is returned to Pure by Nat, the ordering party will be invoiced for the additional postage for the return and the new delivery.
Delivery time:
As a rule, the goods are in stock. Otherwise, this is stated under the individual items.
Goods are dispatched within 1-5 working days. Expect longer delivery times in weeks 28 - 30.
The risk to the goods:
The risk for goods purchased Pure by Nat is transferred to you as the consumer at the time of delivery.
Complaint
There is a 2-year warranty according to the applicable purchase law.
Any defects in the delivery from Pure by Nat must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. It is your duty to indicate and, if requested, show what the error or defect consists of. If you discover a defect, you must promptly contact Pure by Nat. As a rule, you can only complain about defects that become apparent within one year after you have received the goods. For goods with a limited shelf life, your right to complain is limited by the shelf life period that Pure by Nat has given you.
We only handle complaints about goods purchased in our webshop. Always write the Web order number on the return form.
If the item was purchased elsewhere, contact the retailer.
Special conditions concerning the surface treatment of jewellery must be observed:
- The majority of the jewellery is made of brass, which is either gold-plated, silver-plated or oxidised. It is clearly indicated if the jewellery is made of 925 Sterling silver.
- In addition, all jewellery is surface treated (E-coated)
- The jewellery meets EU requirements for nickel, lead and cadmium content.
- The majority of jewellery in the webshop is bijouterie (not solid gold or silver). Where pure gold or silver is involved, this is specified under the product description. It is not recommended that people with a recognised nickel allergy or similar use jewellery.
- The surface can and will wear off with heavy use or misuse. Always remove jewellery before washing, bathing, washing up, playing sports, etc. Therefore, there is no warranty on the coating.
Price and payment
In this shop you can order your goods online and pay via:
- credit cards and
- mobilepay
The amount is only deducted when the goods are dispatched.
All prices at Pure by Nat on the web address www.purebynat.dk are inclusive of VAT.
Right of withdrawal
Pure by Nat provides a 30-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your goods. You are obliged to return the goods in substantially the same condition and quantity as received. Must be returned in original packaging.
Goods purchased from 15/11 - 24/12 are subject to a right of withdrawal until 31/1 of the following year.
In case postage is charged on the order, postage will be refunded only if the full order is returned. In case of partial return, any postage will not be refunded.
Remember to write your Web order number when you return, so we can see which order it is.
We only take back items that have been purchased in our webshop. For cancellation of goods purchased elsewhere, please contact the retailer.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
You can buy a GLS return label at www.purebynat.dk. The GLS return label can only be used for returns from Denmark. See instructions under the product description.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
Exchange
In case of exchange, the new item will be shipped free of charge.
Return of original item is at your expense.
Access to justice
If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact info@purebynat.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant authorities, provided the conditions are met.
