Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from www.purebynat.dk (Nordic Accessories Trading ApS), hereafter referred to as Pure by Nat. These terms apply unless other written agreements have been made between you as the buyer and Pure by Nat.

Shipping / Postage and Transport

Denmark

Free shipping to the nearest GLS Pakkeshop or business address on orders over 300 DKK.
Orders under this amount are charged 40 DKK in shipping.

Sweden

Free shipping to the nearest Schenker Ombud on orders over 500 DKK.
Orders under 500 DKK are charged 100 DKK in shipping.

Norway

Free shipping to private addresses via Posten Norge on orders over 500 DKK.
Orders under 500 DKK are charged 100 DKK in shipping.
Orders to Norway include Norwegian customs duties, as orders to Norway are shipped through a Norwegian registered company.

Germany

Free shipping to the nearest GLS Pakkeshop on orders over 500 DKK.
Orders under 500 DKK are charged 100 DKK in shipping.

Other EU Countries

Free shipping to private addresses with an express courier company (TNT, UPS, DHL or FedEx) on orders over 500 DKK.
Orders under 500 DKK are charged 100 DKK in shipping.

United Kingdom

Free shipping to private addresses with an express courier company (TNT, UPS, DHL or FedEx) on orders over 500 DKK.
Orders under 500 DKK are charged 100 DKK in shipping.
No local customs duties / VAT are charged in the United Kingdom for shipments with a value below Β£135 excluding VAT and shipping.

Switzerland

Free shipping to private addresses with an express courier company (TNT, UPS, DHL or FedEx) on orders over 500 DKK.
Orders under 500 DKK are charged 100 DKK in shipping.
Please note that local customs clearance fees may apply.

North Atlantic (Faroe Islands, Greenland and Iceland)

Shipping cost 250 DKK on all orders.
Orders are shipped with PostNord, Priority (air).
Please note that local customs clearance fees may apply.

Documentation and Guidance

If product descriptions and user manuals are available for the item, these will be included with the delivery from Pure by Nat. If you require additional information or advice from Pure by Nat, this will be of a guiding nature only.

Pure by Nat guarantees that the products comply with CE marking requirements.

Time of Delivery

Delivery of goods from Pure by Nat is considered completed when the consumer has received the goods.

If packages are not collected from the parcel shop and are returned to Pure by Nat, the orderer will be charged for the additional return shipping cost as well as the cost of reshipping the order.

Delivery Time

As a rule, items are in stock. Otherwise, this will be stated under the individual product.

Orders are shipped within 1–5 business days.
Please expect longer delivery times during weeks 28–30.

Risk of Goods

The risk for goods purchased from Pure by Nat transfers to you as the consumer at the time of delivery.

Complaints

There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Any defects or deficiencies in deliveries from Pure by Nat must be reported within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. It is your responsibility to describe and, if requested, demonstrate what the defect or deficiency consists of. If you discover a defect, you must contact Pure by Nat as soon as possible.

As a rule, you can only complain about defects that appear no later than one year after delivery. For goods with limited durability, your right to complain is limited to the durability period stated by Pure by Nat.

We only process complaints regarding goods purchased in our webshop. Always write the web order number on the return form.

If the item was purchased elsewhere, please contact the retailer.

Special Conditions Regarding Surface Treatment of Jewelry

  • Most jewelry is made of brass, which is either gold plated, silver plated, or oxidized. It will be clearly stated if the jewelry is made of 925 Sterling silver.
  • In addition, all jewelry is surface treated (E-coated).
  • The jewelry complies with EU requirements regarding nickel, lead, and cadmium content.
  • Most jewelry in the webshop is costume jewelry (not solid gold or silver). Where items are made of real gold or silver, this is specified in the product description.
  • It is not recommended that people with a known nickel allergy or similar sensitivities wear costume jewelry.
  • The surface coating can and will wear off with extensive and/or improper use. Always remove jewelry before washing hands, bathing, doing dishes, exercising, etc.

Therefore, there is no right of complaint regarding the coating.

Price and Payment

In this webshop you can order products online and pay via:

  • credit card

  • mobilepay

The amount will only be charged when the items are shipped.

All prices at Pure by Nat on the web address www.purebynat.dk are including VAT.

Right of Withdrawal

Pure by Nat offers a 30-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your goods.

You are obliged to return the item in essentially the same condition and quantity as received. Items must be returned in the original packaging.

For items purchased between 15/11 – 24/12, the return period is extended until 31/1 of the following year.

If shipping was charged on the order, the shipping cost will only be refunded if the entire order is returned. For partial returns, any shipping fee will not be refunded.

Remember to write your web order number when returning items so we can identify the order.

We only accept returns for items purchased in our webshop. If you wish to return items purchased elsewhere, please contact the retailer.

You must cover the costs associated with returning the item.

On www.purebynat.dk you can purchase a GLS return label in our return portal. The GLS return label can only be used for returns from Denmark. See instructions under the product description.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar methods.

Exchanges

In the case of an exchange, the new item will be shipped free of charge regardless of order size.

Return shipping of the original item is at your own expense.

Complaints Procedure

If you wish to file a complaint regarding your purchase, please contact info@purebynat.dk.

If we are unable to find a solution, you may file a complaint with the relevant consumer authority provided the conditions are met.
