The following terms of sale and delivery applies to all deliveries from www.purebynat.dk (Nordic Accessories Trading ApS). Referred to as Pure by Nat below. The terms apply in the case where no other written agreements have been concluded between you as buyer and Pure by Nat
Freight/postage and transport:
Denmark.- Free delivery to the nearest GLS Pakkeshop or business address for orders above 300 DKK.
- For orders below, 40 DKK in postage is charged.
- Free delivery to the nearest Schenker Ombud for orders above 500 DKK.
- For orders below 500 DKK, 100 DKK in postage is charged.
- Free delivery to private address by Posten Norge for orders above 500 DKK.
- For orders below 500 DKK, 100 DKK in postage is charged.
- Orders to Norway are including Norwegian customs, as the orders to Norway are sent through Norwegian registered company.
- Free delivery to nearest GLS Parcelshop for orders above 500 DKK.
- For orders below 500 DKK, 100 DKK in postage is charged.
- Free delivery to private address by Express Courier (TNT, UPS, DHL or FedEx) for orders above 500 DKK.
- For orders below 500 DKK, 100 DKK in postage will be added.

- Local taxes/VAT are not charged in the UK for shipments equal to less than £ 135 in value ex. Danish VAT (25%) and postage.
- Free delivery to private address by Express Courier (TNT, UPS, DHL or FedEx) for orders above 500 DKK.
- For orders below 500 DKK, 100 DKK in postage will be added.
- Please note that local tax and customs clearance fee can be added locally.
- Postage 250 DKK will be added to all orders.
- Orders will be sent by Postnord, Priority Service (Air).

Complaint
2 years right of complaint as per applicable Danish Sales Law (Købelov) Any defects in delivery from Pure by Nat must be informed withing reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your responsibility to indicate and show, on request, what the fault or defect consists off. If you notice an error, please contact Pure by Nat as soon as possible. As a rule, you can only complain about errors that occur within one year after you have had the item delivered. For products with limited durability, your right of appeal is limited by the duration Pure by Nat has offered you. We only process complaints about items purchased in our webshop. Always write up which Web Order No. the return is regarding. If the item has been purchased elsewhere, contact the retailer. Special precautions re. coating on jewelry must taken into consideration:- The majority of the jewelry is made of brass, which is either gold plated, silver plated or oxidized. It is clearly stated if the jewelry is made in 925 Sterling silver.
- In addition, all jewelry is E-coated for higher durability.
- The jewelry complies with the EU requirements, e.g. nickel, lead and cadmium content.
- The majority of the jewelry in the Webshop is bijouterie (Not solid gold or silver). In the case of pure gold or silver, this is specified in the product description. It is not recommended that people with a recognised nickel allergy or the like use bijouterie.
- The surface can and will be worn off by much and or improper use. Always remove jewellery before washing, showering, washing dishes, sports, etc. Therefore, there is no warranty on the coating.

In the event of an exchange, the new item is shipped to you free of charge.
Return of original item is at your expense.
Procedure in complaining
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact info@purebynat.dk. If we do not manage to find a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant board in this area, provided that the conditions for doing so are met.
